Ivan Warman is a Californian raised in Mexico City, who has become a true "Miamian" after being in sunny South Florida for fourteen years. Ivan has a background in  telecommunications and technology implementation. Both in Mexico and in Miami, Ivan has been involved in various programs designed to help train future leaders. This training has helped him develop strong communication and leadership skills. Ivan has an innate love and understanding for the real estate world that comes both from being married to a devoted real estate broker and from buying and selling investment property of his own. Ivan's sixth sense, patience and leadership keep the office running smoothly and productively. 

 Raquel's purpose in life has always been to help people. For many years as a health practitioner, her main concern was to make sure that her patients felt better physically as well as emotionally. Because of the respect and moral support she always gave her patients, they trusted her, respected her and believed in her. It is normal for people to feel anxious, nervous and overwhelmed when something important is happening to them. Raquel's patients always knew they could count on her whenever they needed her by treating, supporting and advising them while giving them the confidence they needed to make their stay at the hospital as smooth as possible.
Even though Raquel loved her healthcare profession, it was time for a change. She wants to keep working with people but at a different level.
