YOU PAY:

• You pay a Fixed Listing Fee of $650 upon hiring our services instead of paying a listing commission. You always keep your For Sale By Owner status

• You offer the cooperating Realtors® in your area a competitive Buyers Agent Commission payable at closing (you choose the commission amount).

• You retain the right to sell your home FSBO (For Sale By Owner) paying no commission if you find the buyer.

• The Listing is for a period of 6 months. You may renew for another 6 months for an additional $275 payable after the first term is up.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE:

Credit History
Credit history is reviewed by obtaining a credit bureau report from a national credit bureau/repository. We have on-line access to Experian and TransUnion credit bureau systems. The bureaus are repositories of credit and debt information, as well as public records such as bankruptcy proceedings, collection accounts and civil litigation records.

National Criminal and Sexual Offender Searches
Sexual Offender Searches are currently available in all 50 states. Individual State Sexual Offender searches provide information on sexual offenders who are required to register in the state in which they reside. Information returned from these inquires may include; name, aliases, dates of birth, residential addresses, employers, location of conviction, and specific sexual offense.
