Where do we get qualified buyers?  We have established sound working relationships with mortgage brokers and banks in your area that constantly refer already qualified buyers.  All they need to do to receive a loan is to find a house!

 

Second, our location in the fabulous Dania Beach, just a mile away from the Atlantic Ocean, allows us to present our properties to hundreds of customers who fall in love with our beach’s wonderful communities. Many times these customers are here on vacation and decide to purchase a second home or investment property. These buyers very often buy on all cash basis.

 

We also heavily farm numerous neighborhoods in your area and let people know that your house is up for sale.  These buyers are looking in your neighborhood to “step up” to a bigger and better home.  Your home. 

 

Advertising.  We maintain weekly advertising campaigns in all the major county and local city newspapers and publications in which your property may be featured. Ever been to an open house?  They really do work.  Open houses give buyers the opportunity to view homes on their own time.  These buyers drive through specific neighborhoods (your neighborhood).  They know exactly where they want to live. 

 

In addition to open houses, there is something called a camp out.  This is where I don’t advertise your open house, only put signs in the neighborhood offering your property.  These are for the people who may work evenings and weekends and are driving around wishing they could actually view a listed property.

 

Finally, we have ways of making your property stand out above all others in your neighborhood.  we may suggest inexpensive ways for you to “spruce up” your property.  Do you need a quick paint job?  Does your driveway need sealing?  Maybe putting an appliance contract on your appliances will entice the more conservative buyer.  These suggestions are all inexpensive, but may make your property more desirable than your next-door neighbor’s.
